Actually at the time of my Salesforce Associate certification exam , I was facing some technical issue due to which I reached out to salesforce and submitted cases for the same. But I don't know why they blocked my trailhead account due to which my certifications linked to web-accessor got deactivated and got removed.

I got the reply from them that they found data theft in my account. But I don't know what they are talking about. If you want I can share all my credentials of trailhead or web-accessor.

I submitted case for the  same but got the same response

But resolve this issue on priority as it will spoil my future career and will not bee able to do further certifications.

Due to account blockage, I am able to do chatter or access community services so I reached out from my another gmail.

If you want I can share my previous gmail in which I am facing issue.

Can anyone please help me out, kindly.
