We have a MEDDIC app installed in Salesforce. It was long ago when this app was installed and the original users who were involved are not part of the company anymore. There is no documentation of how the app works and the formula calculations are hidden in the setup. Does anyone know how to navigate this situation? I have tried serching for the app on appexchange and generally on Google as well but nothing which matches is coming up. I have attached a screenshot of the app. Is anyone aware or using this?

I've not heard of it but I know Sales Methods can handle MEDDIC or MEDDPICC methodology in their tool if you're looking for something to replace it. You can also just create the fields yourself and then have a rollup onto the Opp to track the overall score, but sometimes a purpose built tool is just easier.
