I'm migrating over Workflows to Flow. A simple workflow migrated over without errors but does not work. Record trigger flow, on the Case object that triggers the flow on creation or being updated.

One Entry Condition - All Conditions are Met

Field - OwnerID = Operations (the name of the Salesforce queue)

An email alert is triggered to notify the members of the queue.  

Is the condition incorrect?
