We have a pretty lengthy case page layout (needs redesigned and on my list of to-dos) but staff are occasionally missing data fields since they have collapsed that section. We are using Lightning...I have looked at case page layouts and case lightning record pages without finding a setting. I also looked under the User Interface in Settings. Did not see anything there. Am I just missing it? Thanks!
