Multi select validation ule

Hi all, is it possible to do this" I have a multi select picklist called OTHER_Features__c with a value called BODY when/if this is selected an error message should pop up and say "please select body organ". The organ field is a picklist value. Is this possible? #Formulas #Multi-picklist Field #Validation Rule
