is there a way to have custom login UI in hybrid app?

Hi,

we have developed hybrid app but for authentication it is going to salesforce standard login page. Is it possible to have custom login page for authentication. I know for authentication we have to hit https://login.salesforce.com/services/oauth2/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=<your_client_id>&redirect_uri=<your_redirect_uri> but is there a way get access token using javascript code with custom Login UI.
