Case Description

Hi Guys,

M new to salesforce and i nid your help.

I want to have 1 button on vf page whenever i click on that that will give me case description field value.Can you please help me on this

    Also,

    I just attached a screensort of my requirement,.i.e. whenever I click on + button it will gimme case description field value (same as you can see on right hand side.
