Publishing Knowledge Article From Flow Builder Fails Due to Permission Error

Hi,

I'm trying to use Flow Builder to publish articles from the Knowledge Record page of the knowledge__kav object but receive a permission error on the "Publish Knowledge Articles" Core Action step 

"Error Occurred: You can't perform this action. Be sure the action is valid for the current state of the article, and that you have permission to perform it."Publishing Knowledge Article From Flow Builder Fails Due to Permission Error

I've confirmed many of my permission setings

User Level: Knowledge user enabled

Profile Level: Manage Articles, Publish Articles, Manage Flows, Run Flows

Knowledge__kav: Read, Create, Edit, Delete, View All, Modify All

What I have for input values:

ArticleVersionIDList:

ArticleVersionIDList is a text record collection that contains recordId

Publish Action: True (I'm not 100% sure what this field is looking for but my understanding is that it's a "flagAsNew" true/false)

    Patrick, were you able to figure out what is the cause? I'm getting the same "Error Occurred: You can't perform this action. Be sure the action is valid for the current state of the article, and that you have permission to perform it. " error message when trying to publish an article in a Flow. Everything also seems to be ok from the permissions side - my profile has full possible permissions for Knowledge and Articles.
