I have both leads and contacts in a campaign. I want to create a Flow to remove them when their lead/contact status is changed to Unqualified. How do I do that?

What I want to be able to do is trigger the lead/contact to be deleted from the campaign when the lead/contact STATUS changes to Unqualified. NOT the Campaign Member Status, the Status field on he lead or contact record.
