Hi, there are out of US phone numbers in sales cloud such as "XX-XXX-XXXX-6654" formula data type and when added to a data extension with "Text" data type in SFMC it's formatted like this "5.51998E+12".
I tried formatnumber but that gave me this result "5519980000000"
Is there a function/ logic I can use to transform this to it's original format and number?

If it is integrated with Marketing Cloud Connect, I would normally expect that data in the format of XX-XXX-XXXX-6654 should be seamlessly imported into Marketing Cloud as a "Text" data type. However, it's puzzling that it has turned into 5.51998E+12. Did you use Excel or a CSV file for this?
Once data has turned into something like 5.51998E+12, it's impossible to restore it. If this is the result of Marketing Cloud Connect integration, then, as you rightly mentioned, making the necessary corrections on the Sales Cloud side is the right course of action.
