A custom field "Opportunity Label" is created on Opportunity. I want it to be dynamically populated with values from "Account Name", "Opportunity Contact" (this is a custom lookup field on Opportunity Object), "Amount" and "StageName"

I am creating this flow but keep getting error.

Here is some details on my steps:

Record Trigger Flow - Object (Opportunity) - A record is created or updated - No Entry Conditions - Fast Field Updates - Under Set Field Values for Opportunity Record - Value (New Resource) - Resource type = Formula - Data Type = Text, Formula is " {!$Record.Account.Name}&’ | ‘&TEXT({!$Record.Opportunity_Contact__c})&’ | ‘&TEXT({!$Record.CurrencyIsoCode})&’ ‘&TEXT({!$Record.Amount})&’ | ‘&TEXT({!$Record.StageName})"......................I get the error "The formula expression is invalid: Syntax error
