What we have now: The rep creates the quote for the order -» CPQ generates a PDF Order Form with the details -» it will be sent to a dedicated Slack channel for manual approvals (by different stakeholders) -» after approval, an e-mail is sent by the rep to the Finance team which generates a ticket in Jira -» Finance activates the subscription and generates the invoice - communicates in Jira with both the rep and the Deal Desk to modify and double-check details and whether all data is aligned -» Finance sends it to final approval for the Deal Desk -» Deal Desk closes it in SFDC. This is obviously too much and we'd like to speed up the process and make it way more simple. Most importantly, we'd like to avoid using those different systems and see every step ONLY in Salesforce. What would be the best solution to do that? I know this is a complex topic and I'm showing only the bigger picture here, but maybe that's enough to figure out the fundamentals for a new solution we could implement. We're open to both adding this to a case or setting up a new custom object (or any further, more complex solutions, too).
