How to uninstall the xyz manage package from SFDC org
How to Remove the xyz integration user from org
How to Export list of the field being removed after removal of manage package.
Please suggest how to achieve abov requirement.

The Recycle Bin offers protection from data loss that is extremely limited and should not be considered an adequate SaaS data protection strategy.
So don't think about for other possibility and you should export data first.
