First time using "Opportunity Team" and I'm wondering if I can automate the following:
- If lead created by BDR is turned into an opportunity by a sales rep, have the BDR automatically added to the opportunity as a team member
- If a cross - sell opportunity is created by a CSM and transferred to a sales rep, have the CSM automatically added to the opportunity as a team member
Is this possible or thoughts / best practices around this?
