Can someone help me with this error message we get for #TrackWise Digital #Document Management System? The user uploaded a .docx file, which typically doesn't cause any issues and also passed the stages Under Review, and Review Completed.

The error is part of custom DMS application. When file upload to box fails or if the file fails to render you see this error . Support has a custom script which will fix this error as I have done so in the past . You can check which file failed and for what reason under object : Rendition Status
