Troubles with duplicate accounts

Hello,

I am having troubles with duplicate accounts,

one is Mr & Mrs doe and the other one is Mr doe,

Both accounts have same phone number, same mobile number and same address but Salesforce says there is no duplicate...

Is it possible to force a merge fot those accounts ?
