Hello! This is a broad question, but I would love to hear some best practices/experiences from this community. I am a current HubSpot power user/developer for a consulting agency, but we are considering expanding to HS and SF. Has anyone done the same? Any recommendations on where to #start with training or mind shift anyone else had to make when doing this? Any advice would be helpful! Thank you!

What products from SF do you anticipate you will be getting?
There are a lot of great places to start learning, Trailhead being the best.
For data migration and process migration, there are a lot of things to consider.
The best practice is to map your processes, develop functional requirements, and then to build the system based on those requirements.
Ensure your future users will provide feedback, take this as an opportunity to improve not just carry over existing processes.

Most importantly, make sure you have expert SF advice at least early on for a smooth transition.
Focus on a minimum viable product, not a crazy complex solution, to start with.
