Having only one opportunity on account with the amount of 50,000.
However, on the rollup summaries fields like the average or total gift, it shows 58,000.
any suggestions?

I had a similar problem earlier this year. Specifically, I had numbers that should have been in Last Year Total Gifts showing in This Year Total Gifts, and when I checked my Customizable Rollup Settings I got the following error message: Error displaying Customizable Rollups You do not have access to the Apex class named 'CRLP_RollupUI_SVC'. Not sure if this is the same issue, but I received the following answer from @James Browne and it addressed my problem - hope it's helpful:
I suspect there are two separate issues at play here
- The reason your This Year/Last Year rollups are incorrect sounds like it is to do with an issue we discovered yesterday that affects a subset of customers. See post here: https://powerofus.force.com/s/feed/0D51E00005XhVmQSAV
