My organisation has had the Salesforce Nonprofit CRM pack since 2014. I am currently learning the ropes and hoping to update the way we use salesforce as an organisation. Is the Nonprofit CRM the same as the Nonprofit Success Pack? I ask as the App name is different to what I see on Trailhead modules.
I have spotted a few other differences too - for example when I make a new contact, both a household and a separate account is created. Am I right that we should only need the Household for individual contacts?
Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you.
