Now Demand Tools is due to retire the free plans, I am looking to build up duplicate rules and matching to ensure there is no break when it happens. I am however not finding the number of duplicates that I know are in the system with the duplicate rules I have created. Duplicate Rules and Matching Rules work best when a new contact or lead is being created. As the Salesforce edition we have is Enterprise, we cannot use the Duplicate Jobs to capture data through a scheduled run. What is the alternative way to do this? With a previous org, I spent time sifting through the alphabet to capture duplicates.
