Hi, I have SF set up for our Public Radio Station to handle both the sales side of Underwriting and the Development side. I have the Underwriting side set up like the traditional way SF was intended and I have the NPSP installed to try to use for grants and Major Donors. The picklists are not showing up correctly in the NPSP for grants. What would be the next step for me to have someone look at this or advise?

@Terri Frashier It's the same solution I indicated above, Sarah's profile does not have those record types assigned to her profile. You'll need to go to Settings, Profiles, Object Settings, and select 'Account' and you will see that she only has one Record type assigned. Do the same thing for Opportunity to see which ones are assigned and you'll notice 'Grant' is not assigned.
