I'd love someone's help as I hit a snag today in a hands-on challenge in Trailhead.
I'm working on learning "field permissions" - I cloned a profile, named it "Sales," and am setting some permissions... part of the challenge asks me to set "Field Permissions: Rating on the Account object (remove Read Access and Edit Access)" (I will include a screenshot of it).
I've looked and looked and can't find a "Rating on the Account Object" under editing the profile "Sales" - I'm supposed to find it, and disable a few permissions. Can someone help?

@Rodrigo Torres I noticed from your screenshots that you are using the standard profile user interface and I am wondering if @Sarah Thomas is using the enhanced profile user interface?
Sarah, when you are on the Sales profile, do you see "Object Settings" as an option to click? If so, once you click that, you can click on "Accounts" and should find what you are looking for from there.
