Hi! We are a volunteer run organization and we love the interactivity of the online shift calendar on our website. We have recently found the hierarchy/parent campaigns function allowing multiple campaigns to be listed on one calendar. We have gone through and increased sharing settings, included the ShowCampaignHierarchy with the parent campaign Id in the web code, and we have all jobs that should be shown on the calendar set to make visible on the website. Do you have any recommendations as to why no jobs would be showing up with?

When we use the campaign id for each of the individual campaigns, it works fine but we aren't able to make it work by using the parent campaign. Could this be a sharing setting? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

@Ashlee Schmitt you can open a support case if you like, of course, but it's my understanding that the product is designed to showcase individual jobs and shifts not specifically jobs based on Campaign Hierarchy. So there may not be a "fix" so to speak. But, considering it seems to work for Terry it may be related to your sharing rules/permissions.
