I am new to SF and under time limits for our annual appeal. In setting up our targeted list, I want to take all the people in last year's campaign who contributed. I can get the list of them by campaign status and again as opportunity. However, I cannot then take that list and move it or even download it. Any easy way to that? My contact search does not seem to have the fields I need to perform a search there. Do I have to add them (opportunity name, etc.)

Any and all help appreciated.

    Hi @Kerri Keeler​ ! One app that I used frequently as an admin is Campaign Combiner by Groundwire. Using the app, you can combine or exclude members from multiple campaigns and specify statuses if needed. Give it a try with sample data in a sandbox and see if it helps you with your current appeal list.
