The Pew IT is looking to discuss how other organizations support Salesforce, such as what is the make-up of your team, how do you handle development requests, and which departments support Salesforce. We are conducting a small, informal benchmarking as we assess the operating model of our IT Application Operations department.
We're hoping to set up time to meet with organizations that use Sales cloud and maybe Experience cloud and Marketing cloud, who have looked into outsourcing some of their administrative/development technical work, and who support at least 500 Salesforce users. We'd prefer to connect with non-profits, but are happy to meet with anyone.
