In-App Guidance Walkthroughs: Getting Started for Sales Users - do I install for admin or all users?

Hi I am looking to install the app In - App Guidance Walkthroughs : getting started for sales users,

is it best to install for all users or just for admins?

If I install for only admins, can other users access it?

 

What is the best process for admins only or all users?

    Hi Mark, I would go ahead and install for all users. For most apps, you want to install for admins only, and then expose access as needed so that not every user has access to the setup and maintenance, but this app would be an exception, since it doesn't have a large plethora of components like other apps.
