I am a system administrator and I would like to view the tasks of other users. When I click on "Tasks" in the nav bar, it seems to only show my tasks for my accounts and leads. I would like to be able to see today's tasks for the other users as well.

HI Keith,

You can create a list view when on the Task tab. Just click on the Cog, and select "New".

You can then add a name. As the owner filter, change it to All Tasks

Add another filter so you enter:

Due date equals TODAY

Save

Got it! I figured out why I couldn't see the cog. "Display as" has to be in the table view. I had it in split view! thanks for advising on this! Keith
