Adding information via a web form to a data extension:
Using the below mentioned script, we are able to collect web form data into a DE. It works fine for a new user/email (email which doesn't exist already), however if the form is filled again using the same email, it doesn't update the data.

It's because of following code:
<input type="hidden" name="_action" value="add" />
If we change it to:
<input type="hidden" name="_action" value="update" />
then only 'update' works (updates the existing record) and not 'add' (doesn't add new record).
How can we do both (if it's a new email then add, else update)?
