Hi! 

We have screen reader users who are going to use the Service Console to respond to chat messages from clients. They use JAWS. We know that Salesforce has a few handy shortcuts like SHIFT + X to close a tab, and G + W to move the focus to the main tabs. The issue is that these shortcuts do not work well with JAWS. Out users have to bypass JAWS with INSERT + 3 every time they want to use a Salesforce shortcut, effectively eliminating the whole point of using shortcuts. Has any one else found a solution to this?
