lead assignment rule

Hello,

 

I am getting a problem while creating lead assignment rule.

 

I have created Round Robin Lead Assignment, but after activating that asignment rule the issue is coming as all the inbound leads are getting assigned to Manager though in the assignment rule in none of the rule entries Manager's name has been assigned.

 

i have checked no Escalation,workfow rule has been activated in which it will trigger the rule to Manager.

 

Am not getting why this problem is coming.

 

Really Need Help!!

 

Any Suggestion would be Appreciable.

    Round Robin means it will assign the leads to users in an alternative way.

     

    I have created autonumber field and Round robin field in lead object and created the formula as 

     

    MOD(VALUE({!Lead_Number__c}),8+1 as I am creating the Lead Assignment Rule for 8 users on the basis of regions.

     

    But am not getting why the leads are not assigning to the specified users.

     

    Any suggestion would be Appreciable!!
