Here is the Help I need while creating the approval process as under Account object whenever the Integration Start Date field is getting changed it will notify the manager and once gets approved it will lock that field value.
Here I have created an Integration Start Date status field(Checkbox) as whenever Integration Start Date field is getting changed Integration Start Date Status field will change to checked.Then I have created this field Update situation wil Workflow and created an Email Alert with Workflow.
But I need the guidance for the Approval Process as whenever the Integration Start Date field value gets cahnged it will send the Approval To Manager , but I have no idea how to start with.
It will be very helpful, as I have tried but its not working and I am not sure that Approval Process is correct or Not if anybody can help me out with the Approval Process.

Here is the final Process Definition Detail.
Attaching the screenshot for the reference and I didn't get IsChanged value in Operator.
Please guide me that in the Intial Submission action,Final Approval Actions,Final Rejection Actions,Recall Actions do i have to insert any steps?
