send notification alert for chatter if no activities has been done

Question

I want to send the notification or alert to manager if no activities, like if nobody is using Chatter for more than 10days.

i have checked in Workflow and Process builder,but the object is showing Chatter Activity, so is it same or its different object??

If the chatter activity is same object,then how i can execute this notification??

Any suggestion would be appreciable.

I don't think it is possible using out of the box functionalities.    It could be accomplished using a custom solution like APEX Batch.
