field dependency

I want to create a field dependency for lead object like whenever a lead is created,need to select the country from which country the lead is coming ,so accordingly every time manually have to select the time zone respective to the country.

 

So,here i want that time zone would get selected automatically,whenever country is selected .How to do this?

 

I have tried with field dependency in Lead,but in Controlling field showing Zone but in Dependency or Controlling field no Country value is coming.

 

Really need help,how to do this??
