Relative Hyperlink in Salesforce Lightning.

I am trying to create a relative URL with the below but am getting an error saying that: This page doesnt exist. Any thoughts?

    Please try this. Please let me know if you using salesforce console navigation. This solution will work fine in normal lightning and classic interface.
