I don't have the option to edit a Dataflow in Analytics Studio.

I am a System Administrator and should hve full access. What am I missing?

    As per my knowledge, 

     

    Go to DATA MANAGER> Monotor> DATAFLOWS> There is a dropdown at the end of default salesforce dataflow. Click that dropdown and edit.

     

    If you want to edit Dataflow & Recipe do the same like DATA MANAGER> Monotor> DATAFLOWS & Recipe and there you have your app Click that dropdown and edit at the end.

     

    If you want to edit DATA then DATA MANAGER> Monotor> DATAFLOWS> Data and edit different data sets there.
