I added a Duplicate Rule into a managed package. SortOrder of the rule is 1 since there is only 1 rule. When I try to install the package in any org that has at least 1 existing Duplicate Rule (sort order is the same - 1), it fails with an error "SortOrder must be in sequential order from 1", which seems to mean that there is a conflict of the sort order value (adding 1 when 1 already exists). How do I fix this?
