How do I change the default "To:" in an Unlisted Group chatter post?

Currently it's defaulting to "To: My Followers" instead of "To: [GroupName]" and the post fails because I have no followers in the group

 

This is what I'm seeing in a group I just set up - all posts are failing

 

How do I change the default

Is this a default setting I can change?

    I've resolved my own issue. I wasn't able to find any documentation for this so I'm sharing it here in case it helps someone else.

     

    In our "Feed Publisher" the Type setting had somehow been set to Global and it was affecting every new group we created. After setting it back to Record the problem was resolved.
