Invoking QLE buttons from a screen-flow

Question

Currently we are leveraging screen flows + favorites to pre-populate certain quote lines based on user inputs at the flow. But we noticed that the product/price rules are not being fired in this scenario.

However if we manually edit lines after this and click on save/calculate, CPQ seems to function as it is meant to be.

Is there a way to invoke the calculate/save button on the QLE from within the screen flow itself that'll enable CPQ to fire product/price rules?
