Date field picker format - show years farther back than 10 years ago

I am using a date field in a pardot form that is capturing date of birth information. Since most of our submissions are by those who are 18+ years old, we run into issues with the default date picker. It allows one to select a year that is 10 years in the future or 10 years in the past. Is it possible to change this to allow for 20+ years in the past to display in the dropdown menu?

Alternatively, is it possible to use 3 separate dropdown menu's to select month, day, and year? Perhaps something like this.
