Unable to Edit customer value on community portal page layout user fields

Hi All , can somebody help me how to remove or edit this customer value right under the name of customer ? Unable to find like where this value is coming from . help is really appreciated and a BIG BIG Thanks in advanceUnable to Edit customer value on community portal page layout user fields

    Its in sand box and can i remove that customer value by just removing edit permission ?
