Is there a way to see which Leads are no longer "Unread by Owner" recently?

We have a user who had over 60 leads that were "Unread by Owner" one day and then none the next. These leads were from various points this year. Is there a report or an easy way that anyone can think of that I can get this list of leads that the user had "read" so I can confirm that something has actually been done with them, rather than just the lead being opened as I suspect.

 

I should have exported the details when I ran the original report as this would have made it much easier but hindsight is 20/20 and all that.

    Hi Erin,

     

    In order to identify that something has been done with a Lead, check if the LastActivity is not blank (this says there has been a task or event asscoiaated with the Lead)

     

    secondly, check if the Last Modified Date is not same as Created Date of the lead.

     

    (for this you will need a checkbox formula as you cannot do a field to field comparison on the reports)

     

    Create a formula field, formula return type: checkbox and formula will be

    LastModifiedDate = CreatedDate

    the above formula will check the box to true if the Lead Created Date and Last Modified Date are same

     

    Now run a report on Leads

     

    use field filters as below

     

    1.Unread by Owner equals False

     

    2.Last Activity equals <Leave the column empty>

     

    3.Checkbox equals True

     

    Filter Logic: 1 AND (2 OR 3)

     

    This will give you a list of leads which were just opened by the users bot nothing has been done with them
