Create a quarter close date field to show when the opportunity is expected to close in terrms of Quarter and Year (Q1-2018)

I want to use the standard opportunity field (CloseDate) to then create a field where the calendar quarter will be calculated and show in a format such as Q1-2018.

 

I'm running professional edition and struggling to get the formula to populate the correct way.

 

I've removed my field and am ready to start from scratch. Any help will be appreciated!

    Hi the formula will be as below

    "Q"+TEXT(CEILING(MONTH(CloseDate)/3))+"-"+TEXT(YEAR(CloseDate))

    make sure the formula return type is text
