I've the below dashboard currently in place which shows the record count per month per Area Manger. I want to display the organisational average record count per month in the same dashboard. Could you pls give me some guidanc eto achive this. Thank You.

Okay for starters I would use Tom Tobin's Power of One technique (instead or record count)

That will help you get the count of each type of record in the report, Users, Accounts, Change Orders, etc, etc...
