In my Salesforce org when we create a new account both Billing and Shipping address are required. We are having a validation rule to check this. Most cases the Shipping address is different from Billing address.
While converting a lead, its giving the error because the shipping address is missing. I have added custom fields in lead to get the shipping address, however, I'm not able to map it to account Shipping Address. Could you please help me to find a solution for this. I appreciate your help.
