Example: We send 1 email to a data extension and the receipients receive the email from whoever their account manager is. The account manager's details are contained in the data extension, including the reply emaill address which we are trying to populate dynamically.
My problem is, that replies are not being received by the account managers.
Our set up in the Sender Profile for account mangers:
From Name: %%Rep_Area_Manager_Name%%
From Email: %%[ var @senderemail IF Empty(Trim(Rep_Area_Manager_Email)) THEN SET @senderemail = "info@my.company.co.nz" ELSE SET @senderemail = Replace(Rep_Area_Manager_Email, "company", "my.company") ENDIF OutputLine(lowercase(@senderemail)) ]%%
Custom Reply Mail Management Settings
Use specified information
Name(required) %%Rep_Area_Manager_Name%%
Address(required) %%Rep_Area_Manager_Email%%
We had a consulting company set this up but not sure they have coded it correctly...

We found the problem - replies we're not being received as our company was blocking the Salesforce IP given to emails once released/forwarded from RMM capture - solution was to add IPs to our whitelist
