I have a text field called "Terms" in that below list of line items should be the default value,
"1. All payments should be made to XXX"
"2. All payments to be made in US Dollars. "
"3. Prices quoted above are in USD and does not include any applicable taxes. State and/or local sales and transactions taxes may apply to some or all charges for products and services outlined in this proposal."
Can someone help me on this??

Thats how text fields work, have your tried on long area or rich text, not sure if you can add the space?
