I have a text field which has multiple values seperated by ','. The values in text field will be equal to the values of multi select field. If we add values to the text field manually or via any third party app then it has to auto update the multi select

    Hi,

     

    I'm not completly sure, but maybe you can achieve this with a flow. When the TextField is updated, create a string in a flow and update the MultiPicklist. I'm not sure how it would work if the TextField has a NewValue which is not part of the MultiPicklist. You would first have to manually add this to the available values (I think).
