So, we have a Salesforce user login that our users use to log into Tableau. They need the username and password+token. However, when there is a new person that needs to log in, a verification code is sent out (to our distribution list) as well as a brand new security token. Having the security token change messes up everyone who has been using the old token. Is there a way to turn off the need for a security token re-generation for just one Salesforce user?
Adding trust IP addresses won't be sustainable for this use case.

Security token is specific to each user.
if another user logs in Security token for previous user doesnt change.
Why are you changing security token for previos user for a new user.
Are multiple users using same login?
