The flow helps an external agency determine the case type of a case out of hours and runs through Contacts. Contacts are related to a custom object called Properties. From a Contact I click a button called 'Log an incident' which brings me to the first page of the process flow. From here, the first thing to do is select a proprty from the related list - in Production this list is populated with all the properties associated to the particular contact but, in Sandbox, it isn't. The field is mandatory so I'm unable to move to the next step in Sandbox.
This is an issue for two reasons. We have an external consultancy effecting some changes to Production which does not include this flow and I have just less than a week to gmake sure the Sandbox flow is working so that I can migrate it to Production once the updates are completed externally.
