BCC not working when sender & BCC address match

I've got auto-BCC set up for outbound email sent from inside Salesforce. However, when BCC'ing myself, I don't receive the email.

If I experiment with sending to myself & BCC'ing a different email address, both of those emails are delivered.

Does anyone have experience with this or suggestions for troubleshooting? Thanks in advance!
